Yes. Press “Order now” on any figurine and the form opens with that item already selected. You can also ask us to change colors, pose or size.

We don’t reproduce characters protected by copyright or trademarks (movies, games, comics) without a license. We’re happy to make an original character inspired by a style you like.

Most figurines cost $119–$349 depending on size, detail and finish; tabletop miniatures start at $39. See Pricing.

After you approve the sketch we email a secure payment link. You can pay by card or PayPal.

You can cancel for a full refund before printing starts. Because every piece is personalized, we can’t refund finished figurines — but if something arrives damaged, we remake it for free. Details in the Order Terms.

Usually 2–3 weeks after you approve the sketch, plus 3–5 business days of shipping. Rush production in 7–10 days is possible for +30%.

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll repair or remake it for free. All parcels are insured.

One round of edits on the sketch is included. Extra rounds are $25 each.

Colors can still be adjusted before varnishing — you get progress photos. Changes to the shape after printing mean a new print and are quoted separately.

Dust it with a soft brush. Don’t use water or cleaning products. See the Care Guide.

Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources — UV light fades paint over time and heat can soften thin parts.
