- Order information: the items you order, quotes, payment status and delivery details. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not receive or store your full card number.

How we use it
- To review your request, prepare a quote and make your figurine;
- To communicate with you about your order and send transactional emails;

Your photos and files
Photos and files you upload are used only to make your order. We keep them for 90 days after delivery and then delete them, unless you ask us to keep them for a re-order. We never publish images of you, your family or your pets without your permission.
